HR Advisor EMEA:- Working for a fantastic global business service provider, this HR Advisor opportunity is a new role and will report directly to the HR Director. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have an understanding of some European employment law and have experience of working in a complex matrix environment. You will also be numerate, have solid excel skills and languages are a bonus! Key features include:-

  • Provide support to UK and international teams and managers.
  • Be responsible for the effective administration of all International employees ensuring that HR Leaders have a pan-European view of their people and that effective key HR processes are developed to manage merit, bonus, promotions and out of policy increases.
  • Be responsible for driving simplification and greater clarity with regard to pan-European HR processes, identifying key international information requirements and developing tools, such as standard reports and easy to use information dashboards, which allow for a joined up pan-European view of all international people for which International leaders have responsibility.
  • Collection and collation of European HR metrics and the co-ordination of the European process and any out of cycle salary changes.
  • Administer and support the creation of databases for HQ employees.
