HR Advisor - Reading - up to £35,000 + Benefits
Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting for an experienced, strong and adaptable HR Advisor to work within an established consultancy business. This role will work within a successful team and include full employee life-cycle support for all employees with a particular focus on complex Employee Relations.
Manage employee life-cycle activities for all employees, including training, benefits administration and enquiries, absence tracking and on-boarding.
Conduct employee relations or contentious meetings such as performance reviews, grievance or disciplinary investigations.
Reviewing employee brand, engagement projects, recruitment strategy and provide support, guidance and coaching for Line Managers and Senior Stake Holders.
Maintain HRIS and supporting systems to ensure data integrity.
Keeping up to date with all Employment Law legislation and best practice.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years HR experience in a professional organisation, and experience dealing with complex employee relations cases, have up to date employment law knowledge and be part or fully CIPD qualified.
