** HR Administrator/Assistant - 8 to 14 Mth FTC - £24,000 - Wokingham **

The company

For this great role you will be working for a very well established business and reporting directly to the HR Manager.

The role

  • Ensure all HR records are maintained and remain confidential in line with company procedures.

  • Maintain HR and Time & Attendance computerised systems

  • Process monthly salaries alongside HR Manager and complete payroll spreadsheets for accounting journals.

  • Prepare all recruitment documentation and employment packs for new entrants.

  • Record all recruitment applications, issues letters, schedule interviews and analyse cost/success of recruitment process.

  • Administer benefits, reconcile statements and assist with benefit claim issues as required.

  • Organise training as directed by HR manager and maintain training database ensuring records are audited every other year.

  • Carry out work station assessments in line with H&S legislation.

  • Welcome visitors and advise relevant staff members of their arrival.

  • Provide cover for the post room as and when required.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent computer skills including database management, Word and Excel

  • Effective communication skills
