About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join the HR team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to become a permanent position. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting the business through effective employee management. Duties will include:
- Preparing and issuing contracts, ensuring all new starter documentation is compliant
- Working closely with payroll to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Drafting letters for changes in terms and conditions
- Managing and maintaining employee files with precision
- Handling employee queries with professionalism, whether over the phone or by email
- Leading new starter calls and conducting exit interviews
- Supporting the wider HR team with various ad hoc tasks and other exciting projects
About You:
You will bring experience in a fast-paced HR environment, with a solid grasp of the employee life-cycle. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You’re a confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude and you will be super bubbly and friendly!
