Global Benefits Manager - £80,000 to £100,000 depending on experience + Benefits - Maidenhead

Wade Macdonald are very excited to be working exclusively with a global business who are seeking a Global Benefits Manager to join their Benefits department. This role will be responsible for developing and managing our client's benefits program across EMEA.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy for EMEA benefits and retirement programs, taking into consideration compliance with regulations, taxation and legal issues in the various jurisdictions.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders (vendors, third-party administrators, internal partners, etc.) to ensure programs are effectively communicated, implemented, and managed.
  • Manage contract servicing and/or negotiations with procurement and/or directly with vendors to ensure an appropriate level of quality.
  • Lead with continuous improvement opportunities by evaluating processes for efficiencies, identifying improvements and implementing enhancements.
  • In conjunction with team members, ensure the operations of the benefits function in EMEA is operating effectively and meeting standard levels of operating agreements.
  • Effectively manage the retirement and benefits governance model for EMEA.
  • You will act as the main points of contact for HR between the trustee boards and external consultants/record keepers.
  • Manage the annual benefit budget for EMEA, including reconciliation and tracking with finance peers.
  • Actively contribute, participate and engage in broader EMEA HR meetings, projects and initiatives as needed.

To be considered for this role you will have an extensive background in Employee Benefits with strong European Pension knowledge. You will have very strong stakeholder experience and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be able to work independently and quickly to tight deadlines.
