FP&A Manager - Aldershot - Circa £50k

Wade Macdonald are representing a fabulous company based in Aldershot with the role of FP&A Manager. My client is in the Technology sector and are globally recognised. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is an exciting position for a candidate looking for vast responsibility and a real say on the direction of the organisation.

Key responsibilities of FP&A Manager:

• Management of the planning process, looking after the budget, operating plan and forecasts.

• Manage and execute month-end and quarter-end P&L and forecast consolidation for all departments.

• Analyse results from international subsidiaries, providing commentary on variances and trends.

• Continuously engage with key stakeholders, ensuring outputs are delivered on time.

• Consistently drive key insights and analytics.

• Manage all cost saving initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) Qualified FP&A Manager

• Background with accounting and finance principles.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong business partnering skills.

• High energy and influencing skills.
