Financial Planning & Reporting Manager £ 65,000 - £75,000 plus Bonus, Reading, Berkshire.

Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager for a rapidly growing financial services / consulting and administration firm based in Reading. Our client has doubled in size over the last two years and due to continued growth they require a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to assist in the ongoing M&A activities.

Main focus of the role:

  • M&A work (including related due diligence, modelling & accounting)

  • Business partnering (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, recruitment / resourcing plans)

  • Management accounts - journals, bal sht recs, P&L reports (willing to get hands dirty and plenty of 'doing' as well as managing team)

  • Management of team 3 (1 x recent qualified (3 years), 1 x early stage studier, 1 x experienced non-qual)

  • Board pack production - financial statements, forecasts, KPI's, new business reports

  • Market Analyst modelling / forecasting / potential for direct relationship with analysts.

This is a new and exciting role within the organisation offering great visibility and exposure to all levels of the business.

The successful Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will be a qualified (ACA, ACCA,CIMA) accountant with at least 3 years post qualified experience in a similar Financial Planning and Reporting role ideally with in a PLC environment. Previous experience with in a Financial Services or a Consultancy related business is beneficial but not essential.

£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus. Reading, Berkshire
