Financial Accountant (General Ledger) 12 Month FTC - Slough - Paying circa £35k

My fantastic blue-chip client based in Slough, are looking for two Financial Accountants for a 12 Month FTC, to join their growing and talented team.

The successful candidate will be pivotal to the business, ensuring the timely and accurate recording and reporting of transactions to ledgers.

Responsibilities of Financial Accountant:

  • Prepare manual journal entries to complete month-end and annual accounts.

  • Ensure all accruals & prepayments are booked as necessary.

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts.

  • Reconcile all inter-company accounts.

  • Manage cash and bank balances.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Part Qualified Accountant.

  • Commercial awareness.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & people management.

  • High level of computer literacy.
