About the Job

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and strategic support. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and driving commercial decision-making.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for specific business areas, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Producing monthly reports with variance analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to budget holders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Developing innovative solutions to complex financial challenges and supporting change initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and management reporting.

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner. A strong background in management accounting, financial reporting, and performance analysis is essential. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and drive business performance. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus) and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
