Finance Business Partner – Middlesex (Office Based) – Up to £60,000
A world leading supplier in the multi-sector catering industry, is seeking a Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Finance for the UK Business.
The Role:
This role has been created to support continued expansion of the UK Business, turnover has doubled in the last year and this wide ranging role is there to ensure the processes and controls are in place to support continued growth.
Duties include:
- Ensure timely month-end closing and production of management accounts for senior management.
- Complete group reports, including commentary, and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accounts such as accrued revenue and cost accruals.
- Develop monthly and weekly cash flow reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the customer invoice process.
- Oversee cash collection and approve supplier payment runs.
- Drive process improvements and manage all planning activities, including budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and monitor KPIs.
- Provide customer support and guide the pricing team.
- Support tenders and commercial proposals as needed.
- Establish regulatory compliance procedures and meet reporting deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with local advisors.
- Implement corporate social responsibility initiatives at the unit level.
Desired Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with at least 2 years post qualified experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Attention to detail, ability to convert financial analysis into commercial decisions
