Expenses team leader - Bracknell - £26,000 per annum + Great benefits

A fantastic, progressive opportunity is available within an international business services organisation in the heart of Bracknell. This large well-known company are looking for an Expenses Team Leader to join their already strong and busy team. The Expenses Team Leader position has become available due to a rapid period of growth within the business and offers an impressive benefits package.

As the Expenses Team Leader your duties would include:

  • Being responsible for performance management of the Credit Card and Expenses Team

  • Ensuring open items on credit card reconciliation are actioned and followed up monthly

  • Ensuring expense claim exceptions are processed

  • Being accountable for the team's delivery of results and targets

  • Delivering great customer service as part of the Accounts Payable team

  • Setting the team performance and behavioural related goals and KPI's which align to the organisational objectives

The ideal candidate for the role will:

  • Have previous experience of leading and developing a team

  • Be able to confidently create and deliver presentations as required

  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, excel & word

  • Be a highly motivated and organised professional with strong evidence of using their own initiative
