Expenses Team Leader - Up To £32,000 Based on Experience - Bracknell
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be working alongside a renowned local client, who are actively seeking an Expenses Team Leader to join a large finance team.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role will entail providing leadership to the expenses team, whilst ensuring accurate and timely processing of expenses and credit card administration. Further duties include:
Dealing with credit card reconciliations and subsequent follow-ups
Ensuring expense claims are actioned
Making sure the wider expenses team is efficiently dealing with tasks
Working alongside the Accounts Payable team
Ensuring compliance with current legislation
Dealing with managerial duties including: new hires, performance management, training and wider tasks associated with people management
Other ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to be successful
In order to be considered for this position, ideal candidates should:
Hold strong understanding of credit card and expense processes
Have previous experience of team management
Be analytical and thorough in day to day activity
Hold a strong understanding and application of broad Microsoft Office packages
Be a team player, with excellent oral and written communication skills
It would be of strong benefit if applicants have existing ERP experience.
