Expenses Clerk - £22000 - £24000 Per Annum - Permanent - Watford

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an Expenses Clerk within a global life sciences company. My fantastic key client is looking for an Expenses Clerk to join their lively fast paced team.

As the Expenses Clerk you would be required to:

  • Handle questions and queries regarding expenses, policy, and payments

  • Administer company credit cards for new card holders

  • Issue credit card cancellations, limit changes and card stoppage as appropriate

  • Act as card provider first point of contact for issues related to day to day process and usage

  • Train local cardholders and approvers on policy and software.

  • Maintain current bank contact information and a list of all credit cards issued with account number, expiration date and three digit identification code.

  • Monitor timeliness of claimant's expenses and receipts submission.

  • Maintain communication with users with outstanding expenses for more than <30 days to ensure timely claim submission.

A successful will need:

  • SAP systems experience

  • Strong numerical and excel skills

  • German or French speaking is desired but not essential

  • Good communication skills with both finance and non-finance colleagues

  • Highly organised
