Payroll Specialist - £35,000 - Near Slough

The company

Wade Macdonald are working with a fantastic company based in Slough with their recruitment of a Payroll Specialist. This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of high-volume international payroll within a close-knit team.

The role

This position will entail inputting and processing payroll of high volumes in an accurate and timely manner. Duties include, however are not limited to:

  • Ownership over an allocated company payroll, ensuring it is processed in the correct way

  • Dealing with both internal and external payroll queries

  • Identifying and subsequently implementing payroll improvement processes

  • Making sure statutory reports are dealt with accurately

  • Working as a key member within the wider team to assist as required

  • Assisting the senior management team with regards to compliance matters

What you'll need to be successful

In order to ensure success within this position, applicants must:

  • Have experience of working and processing UK Payroll

  • Have up to date knowledge of UK Payroll legislation

  • Have the desire to develop with a potential to work within EMEA Payroll in the future
