Divisional Finance Manager £70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits - Berkshire

Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting a Divisional Finance Manager / Controller for a rapidly growing Bio Tech Company based in Maidenhead. This is an amazing opportunity to be joining an almost start up organisation with a global pharmaceutical backing them. You will be instrumental in developing, growing and running the divisional company from a finance and operational perspective.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the franchise team with financial analysis and insights

  • Support the franchise team through the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates

  • Involvement with the Group finance team to further develop, roll out and report Group management accounts in the new franchise structure

  • Involvement with the Group finance team to generate and review annual Group budgets and quarterly forecasts

  • Assist the Group finance team to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are implemented and adopted in the Maidenhead office

The successful Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE. Experience of working with international affiliates and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with head office functions and overseas affiliates. Self-motivated with support from the finance group in head office. Strong experience and expertise in using excel for business modelling. Experience in developing reporting systems.
