Data Analyst - West London - c£300 LTD per day - 12 Month Contract


We are working with a global organisation based in Watford. They are looking for someone who can work on data projects for them. This will be looking at process data from different areas across the company. Specifically, you will be responsible for working with departments globally to resolve problems, and to identify and communicate opportunities for system improvements.


Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Work on projects that require an understanding of problem identification and analysis.
  • Analysis of data, paraphrasing quality, and putting forward solutions for compliance, cost saving & standardisation.
  • Working with various business units and functions to understand practices and support/improve new and reporting, analysis and needs.
  • Performing data analyses using models and mathematics.
  • Defining and implementing metrics and tools.
  • Presenting on your work, and preparing stat reports.
  • Recommend practices to enhance business measurements to drive data based conclusions.


As the ideal candidate:

  • You will have a professional qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally, you will have experience managing databases
  • You will be experience in quantitative data analysis (SAP/MS Access) modelling (MS Excel),
  • You will have Strong knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, Talbeau and GEP, and Skilled in ETL tools such as SQL, VBA and Alteryx. Ideally, you will have experience with analytic tools such as 2Open and Taulia.
