Temporary Credit Control Administrator - £8-10PH - 3 month contract

My client is a consumer technology company headquartered near Swindon .

They are currently seeking a Credit Control Administrator to join their team on an initial, temporary basis for 3 months.

Full training will be provided and the progression opportunities within this firm are unlimited. To be successful you will need to be a confident communicator who has strong Excel ability and an understanding of how a Credit Control function works.

Duties include:

* Providing Administrative support to the Credit Control Team.

* Full Sales Ledger administration and maintenance.

* Payment reconciliation and allocation

* Billing and invoice management.

* Assisting the Credit Control Team with invoicing issues and query resolution.

* Customer account maintenance.

* Ad-hoc Billing and A/R tasks as required.

The Candidate:

* SAP systems knowledge

* An understanding of how Finance receivable & payable functions work.

* Must be well organised, flexible, and capable of working to tight deadlines and KPI's.

* A good understanding of Excel spreadsheets and recording/reconciling large volumes of data.

* Outgoing, engaging personality and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.

* A drive and ambition for continuous personal improvement.

* Consistently delivering the highest levels of performance.

* Building strong relationships with internal and external business unit Managers.
