Collections Specialist – Slough - £28,000 / £33,000 – Hybrid working

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a global company who are looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

Oversee the recovery process

Complete compliance reporting

Log all correspondence accurately

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments

Assist the SME Collections & Recoveries Manager as needed

Communicate effectively with Outsourced Debt Provider, monitoring debt and performance

Provide good customer service during outbound and inbound calls
What experience do you need?
-
At least 2 years experience within a similar role
-
Experience with late collection and recoveries
-
Intermediate excel skills (including pivot tables and VLook Ups)

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
