Billings Clerk - Bracknell - £23,000 - £25,000

My fantastic client based in the heart of Bracknell, a large business services organisation, is looking for a Billings Clerk to join their friendly fast paced rapidly growing team.

As the Billings Clerk you would be required to:

  • Ensure all details and back up documentation and information is obtained from the business to support invoicing
  • Review, verify data in the ERP system to raise invoices
  • To interpret long term contract terms to raise invoices according to billing instalment plan
  • Responsible for ensuring invoicing is in accordance to VAT and local statutory regulations
  • Ensure all queries raised are dealt with promptly and professionally and thoroughly
  • Ensure reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with new process implementations
  • To interpret block fee contracts across regions and administer them accurately

Requirements of Billings Clerk:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, excel, word etc
  • Excellent customer service skills to our internal and external clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written & oral English.
  • Team Player
  • To have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
