** Administrator (HR) - Bracknell/Hybrid - £30,000 + Excellent Benefits **


The Company & Role
I am delighted to be partnering with a great business who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join a division of the HR team! You will be part of a busy, friendly team whose work ethic is work hard, play hard. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Business Partner and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of an efficient administrative process. Key features include:-

  • Day to day administration and communication of the pension schemes including payroll and new joiners
  • Update any contribution changes and scheme leavers for the company schemes.
  • Responsible for assisting with pension and benefit related queries
  • Admin support pension and benefit changes
  • Admin support to the team for reward activity during annual pay reviews.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous administrative experience within a busy role (any human resources experience a bonus)
  • Be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail
  • Have an interest in human resources
