Accounts Payable Clerk - £22,000 - £24,000 - Abingdon

The company

A fantastic ever growing manufacturing business based in Abingdon. This business has been trading for over 25 years across 9 locations in the UK and Ireland.

 

 

The role

This company are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their strong and busy team. You would report into the Accounts Payable Manager and your duties would include:

  • Processing high volumes of complex purchase invoices into Navision

  • Resolution of internal and external supplier queries

  • Management of supplier statement and bank reconciliations

  • Weekly Payment runs

  • Assisting with month end duties

  • Any Ad-Hoc duties as required by the Accounts Payable Manager

 

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience of Accounts Payable, You will need to be a confident proactive communicator capable of managing a fluctuating work load. You will also need a strong knowledge of Navision/Microsoft Dynamics, a proficient level of Microsoft Excel (V look ups & Pivot Tables).
