About the Job:
The role involves supporting the Finance Manager in managing transactional activities across various entities. This includes handling purchase ledgers, sales invoicing, and reconciliations, specifically focusing on France.
Duties will include:
- Processing purchase ledgers and managing customer payments.
- Reconciling PayPal, Amazon, and Stripe deposits across multiple countries.
- Monitoring and resolving B2C payment disputes.
- Raising and uploading customer invoices.
- Overseeing accounts receivables for France, including debt collection.
- Handling refunds and returns for B2B and B2C.
- Managing the French price matrix and generating promo codes.
- Processing French employee expenses.
- Managing the general email inbox for the French and German entities.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed.
About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a detail-oriented and organised individual, fluent in French, with experience in accounts payable and receivable, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
