About the Job:
This is a key role in supporting the recruitment processes for their expanding hospitality operations. You’ll assist with end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from team members to managerial positions, and play a pivotal part in shaping their recruitment structure and processes.
Duties will include:
- Managing the recruitment process for new hospitality site openings
- Supporting the recruitment of team members/team leaders and managers
- Assisting with creating and refining recruitment documentation and processes
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Working with the wider HR team on onboarding and compliance (e.g., right-to-work checks)
- Collaborating with leadership on recruitment days across the UK, maybe once a month.
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have experience in recruitment, ideally within retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced sector. You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment (for now!) and be a confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
