Over the past year, the Coronavirus pandemic has altered the lives of people across the globe. Alongside the obvious social aspects, workplaces have been exposed to a magnitude of changes; Offices have temporarily and permanently closed, individuals furloughed/ made redundant and other changes have been forced upon us.
In late April 2021, we decided that we would survey finance and HR professionals, in order to understand the expectations they held of their employer moving forwards and to see if this has changed in the nine months since we last carried out a survey on this subject. The results we will present are based on the opinions of 375 respondents.
