Sonia Gill

Business Manager - Interim Senior Finance

Sonia has specialised in recruiting for the Senior Qualified Finance Interim market for the last nine years, with a geographical remit covering the Thames Valley and London area. During this time, Sonia has gravitated towards large ‘Blue-chip’ corporate clients and assisted on large Global projects, namely Finance Transformation projects, that have affected businesses internationally and across off-shored Shared Service Centres.

Sonia spent four years working for a NASDAQ listed corporate recruitment consultancy, where she gained invaluable skills and training. She joined Wade Macdonald in order to utilise her skill set in an environment where she could offer a more tailored and quality focused service.

Sonia is a firm believer that understanding her clients and candidates on a professional and personal level is a vital part of her job and places a lot of emphasis on meeting and speaking to her clients at length about their drivers and visions.
