Lucy-Emma Heath-Turrall
Senior Business Manager - Senior Interim HR
Lucy-Emma joined Wade Macdonald in 2009, re-establishing the HR function which has proved to be hugely successful over the years. She has been in recruitment for over 25 years, 13 of which has been in Human Resources. Lucy-Emma is an expert in interim, temporary and contract HR appointments - niche, hard to fill roles are Lucy-Emma's favourite!
Lucy-Emma has amassed a wealth of local, talented, human resources professionals and is proud of the network and relationships she has established in her tenure. As an expert in her field, many of Lucy-Emma clients work with her exclusively to find them their top talent. She prides herself in being ‘a very safe pair of hands’ when taking on a new piece of recruitment and can often be heard telling her clients just that!
Lucy-Emma easily builds trust and confidence with her candidates and clients through her very open and honest approach. She guides and advises along the way, offering the knowledge she's acquired throughout her time in recruitment. She is professional but has great fun along the way with her positivity, energy, and very friendly and bright demeanour.
What Lucy-Emma enjoys the most about working at Wade Macdonald is the team. “We just have a fabulous team - everyone wants everyone to succeed! We have an incredible Managing Director who we all love to bits (apart from his jumpers!) and solid leadership. At Wade Macdonald our work/life balance is very important to the Directors, and they have embraced this wholeheartedly.”
Outside of work, Lucy-Emma is a wife and mother. Her husband and son both play tennis and she is often seen at the local tennis club cheering them on. She is also a ‘die-hard’ Rafa Nadal fan! Lucy-Emma enjoys a daily, very brisk 3 mile walk after work each day, following the tennis ATP tour around the world, being in her garden (sunbathing!) and cooking. She cooks a pretty ‘mean’ chilly.
