Finance Manager - £50,000-55,000 per annum plus car allowance and stock options

My client is a highly dynamic FTSE 100 company based in the Thames Valley. They are currently looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Manager to work in one of the most highly profitable areas of the business. The Finance Manager will provide commercial support and deliver insight to influence commercial and business decisions for continued success of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a bright highly academic individual with a 2:1 degree or better. You will need to have strong experience in business partnering and be able to constructively challenge the business and really add value. Although there is an element of reporting the role will be focussed around decision support and having an active input in to key business decisions. The candidate must be confident in making recommendations and ceasing any opportunities which they identify in the market.
An essential pre requisite is to have worked in a large fast paced business. This is an opportunity which will offer great exposure and superb development opportunities in a business where personal development is continuously and actively encouraged.
