Compensation and Benefits Analyst: My market leading client is currently recruiting an Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their successful team.

Reporting into the Compensation and Benefits Manager you will participate in the resourcing, management and communication of all benefits. You will take on responsibility for HR database management and reporting as well as becoming involved in the project management of major HR processes such as pay reviews.

You will be the first point of contact for all pensions related enquiries and assisting employees, pensioners and various scheme administrators with membership and benefit queries. You will research and assist in the design of pay scales, bonus schemes and incentive programmes and research and assist in the design of pay scales, bonus schemes and incentive programmes.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and have experience in a similar role, ideally pensions administration/management.
