HR Advisor Middlesex £35k + excellent benefits

HR Advisor: My client based in Middlesex is currently recruiting a HR Advisor to join its team.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will provide day to day HR generalist support to the business and ensure best practice is done whilst ensuring commercial decisions and actions are taken. You will work in partnership with Business Managers to align HR activity to business needs and provide HR generalist support and advice to the business. You will also manage/coach an HR Assistant.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and have experience working in engineering or construction. They will have knowledge of working in an unionised environment and have extensive knowledge of UK employment Legislation.
