Senior Interim HR Advisor/BP (Czech & English) - Based in Prague - 6 Months - £300 to £350 per day

For this exciting interim contract, the senior interim HR Advisor/BP will speak fluent Czech & English, be based in or near Prague and have solid HR experience gained within the Czech Republic.

You will actively support the planning, driving and delivering of the local HR strategy, programs and services to multiple functions in assigned geographies/organisations.

Through relationship management, work in partnership with the management teams of multiple functions and geographies to implement focused work strategy.

Support the business strategy and objectives through people management expertise, leading by example with the positive attitude facing changes and facilitating the change management projects identified

Responsible for the legal compliance of the HR files, case management and processes:

  • Successfully work within the HR model, in full partnership with COEs and HRSS, in the activities assigned responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service and delivery of local HR strategy.
  • Interpreting, communicating and advising to all employees on business policies, initiatives and processes.
  • Introduce new employees to the company: completion of all required documentation, coordination and organisation of Orientation Program, information about benefits and procedures to new employee
  • Identify development and learning needs for designated business groups and work with Talent Development to implement solutions, in liaison with Customer Excellence Sales training plan in order to optimise the local resources and ensure the proper requirements in case of Audit
  • Occupational Health issues, including counselling of staff, developing and implementing policy and procedures, pre and post-employment health screening, advising managers on employee health, employee welfare etc.
  • Coach and advise the employees on Total Reward related matters.
  • Provide training, on boarding and ongoing support to guide managers and employees in the use of HR Connect and Workday
  • Prepare statistics, analysis and reports based on definition of HRBP
  • Where relevant: collects and passes to payroll provider all payroll data each month in line with payroll process calendar.

In close collaboration and alignment with the HRBP Europe:

  • Act as a partner to the business and a HR facilitator in diagnosing business and organisation needs in change management projects across the whole organisation
  • Support the HRBP and the management teams to ensure delivery of business objectives and HR strategy.
  • Facilitate organisational change, advising on department structures, job descriptions, systems, processes, manpower/succession plans that align to overall corporate objectives.
  • Provide coaching and counselling across the whole organisation
  • Recruitment and selection, including job analysis, job descriptions, interviews, assessment centres and handling expatriation and immigration in partnership with the appropriate HR teams, in particular with Talent Acquisition
  • Support the end to end process of performance management
  • Manage employee relations, termination of employment (leavers) including resignations, compromise agreements, redundancy, dismissals
  • Facilitate organisational change, advising on department structures, job descriptions, systems, processes, manpower/succession plans that align to overall corporate objectives.
  • Co-ordinate and work with HRBP Europe to ensure consistency of process and policy application
