HR Analyst - Permanent - Maidenhead - £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

My client needs an enthusiastic, hardworking and detailed obsessed HR Analyst to join their current team. You'll be passionate about HR data, systems, reporting, analysis, compliance and documentation at a meticulously high standard and will be obsessive about the detail. You will look after employees in five offices across the UK and India providing a high end service, within a busy and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR data, systems, reporting, analysis and compliance documentation for the business.

  • Monitor the KPI metrics for HR service delivery and recommend any potential improvements to reduce risk, improve efficiency and provide a continuously outstanding employee experience.

  • Prepare ad hoc reports from the HRIS, manipulate the data to help the People Team consider key workforce data and analyse emerging trends which may require strategic or operational adjustments.

  • Support the team in managing risk and compliance requirements to ensure that DPA, ISO, BCP and audit requirements are all met.

  • Create and co-ordinate internal engagement surveys on behalf of the People Team to obtain employee feedback when required.

  • Partner with Managers in the UK and India to ensure consistency of HR data and information.

  • Use the HRIS to monitor weekly timekeeping reports from India office to ensure the requirements around minimum hours and start/finish times are being met, escalating promptly if there are issues.

  • Provide generalist HR Admin support such as:

  • Track the progress of all new starters through their probationary periods.

  • Monitor the People Team mailboxes ensuring that queries are responded to by the appropriate team members and requests are not overlooked.

  • Process training requests by ensuring that application forms are completed, correct authorisation is obtained, courses are booked and feedback forms are submitted.

  • Manage the leaver process including calculating holiday balances, issuing leaver letters, updating records, assisting with exit interviews, and providing references for former employees.

  • Support the people team with various ad-hoc projects and promotional activities including coordinating regular internal employee events such as Wellness days.
