EMEA HR Advisor - Brentford - c£45,000 - Permanent

My client is looking for a stand-alone EMEA HR Advisor to join their business near Brentford. This role will be to own the day-to-day administration and efficient operation of HR. The successful candidate will support the Global HR Director and work in close collaboration with the EMEA Managing Director. This role will see the candidate involved in all aspects of the employee life-cycle. This includes start to end recruitment, on-boarding and leavers, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, development, employee relations, developing and implementing policies as well as project work.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all HR related matters within EMEA including supporting and advising line managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies, practices, agreements and best practices.

  • Support with the implementation of new process/procedures globally and responsible for creating and updating new and existing policies, procedures and handbooks.

  • Manage benefits administration, enrolling new hires, informing the benefit brokers of any changes, promotion of benefits, expert knowledge in all benefit offerings, approve invoices, and liaise with benefit brokers with queries and renewals.

  • Monitor and review absence, maternity and paternity leave, contract changes.

  • Manage payroll for the EMEA region, provide payroll changes to vendors, resolve payroll queries, review, approve or query payroll invoices, and assist in setting up new payroll entities as required.

  • Monitor probationary reviews (as required) and follow up with managers, prepare and issue letters confirming employment.

  • Recruitment and Selection up to Consultant level.

  • Manage new starter inductions with other departments.

  • Coordinate overseas assignments, incoming and outgoing, in collaboration with the HR team.

  • Actively participate in staff development and inter-department meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Ideally educated to degree level and/or with qualification of the CIPD level 5.

  • Very strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast past environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead.

  • EMEA experience within a HR position.

  • UK and International Payroll experience.
